Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the New Legend Barbershop website, book an appointment, or receive services at our shop at 621 Barton St, Hamilton, ON L8E 5R8. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Appointments and walk-ins

• Walk-ins are welcome and are served in order of arrival as a barber becomes available. Wait times vary, and booked appointments may be served first at their scheduled time.
• Online bookings are made through our booking provider, Setmore. Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm or reach you about your appointment.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. If you're running late, call us at (289) 656-0447. Late arrivals may get a shorter service or need to reschedule so the next client isn't kept waiting.
• If you can't make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible using your booking confirmation or by calling the shop.
• We may need to reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll contact you as soon as we can if that happens.

Services

• Our barbers will do their best to give you the look you ask for. Results depend on your hair type, condition and growth, so we can't guarantee a specific outcome.
• Please tell your barber about any allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions or medical conditions before your service, especially before shaves, waxing or facials.
• If you're unhappy with your service, let us know before you leave or contact us within a few days, and we'll do what we reasonably can to make it right.
• We may refuse or stop a service if it isn't safe to continue, for example because of a visible skin or scalp condition, or if a client behaves in an abusive or unsafe way.
• Young children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their whole visit.

Payment

Payment is due when your service is finished. Services and prices may change at any time without notice. Prices shown when you book online or in the shop on the day of your visit apply.
